All the whites go for other positions(most of all the QB position). It's the same reason why you barely see any black qbs, they take all the wide receiver and running back spots. Both of them have their own stigmas and stereotypes. It's just how it is

wouldn't coaches at grassroots level put players in their positions based on their respective skills and qualities though? At least thats my personal experience with sport.
