I worked rehabilitating violent dogs for a long time. This guy is full of shit. He's attempting to get the dog to do the "right" thing by fear of him rather than by learning what is right.
But in this case it is not right. A dog's food is a dog's food. To try to make the dog subservient to the owner/trainer when it comes to his food is stupid and pointless. This clown was attempting to showboat for his own reasons and got exposed.
The dog literally did nothing wrong and if this guy doesn't understand that he's a fool. More likely he does know but his ego + TV camera pushed him over the edge.
Sure, you can break the spirit of the dog and crush him to the point where he won't even guard his own food anymore, gangsta dog abusers do it all the time (see pic), but that makes you a dog-punching douche, not a "dog whisperer".
