No because for one, he never had much in the way of receiving weapons. For another, he runs a lot. There are many QB's who don't throw the football 40 times per game with a worse TD:INT ratio.

Because you have to factor in the rushing yards per game of a rushing QB. His all purpose yards are not remarkably good or bad and they don't need to be. His ability to not turn the ball over and keep defenses off balance with a mix of run and pass should be enough to help a GOOD TEAM win football games. Kap has not been part of a GOOD team since 2013. The 2014 49ers were decimated by injuries and it's been all straight off a cliff for them since that time period.

People are mad that a Quarterback who regressed in ability faster than RG3s body exploded, who wasn't relevant for two seasons, who was already benched by his QB-less team can't get a job because people don't want his baggage.

Nevermind he entered this offseason back tracking on his stance saying "I promise I wonts kneels no mo' ser".
