My routine isn't really the PHUL routine you see but those words describe it. I was on a strength routine but I found it so dull I made coach change it to include some exercises I found fun.
The strength days are to keep coach happy and the hypertrophy days are so I don't blow my brains out. At the end of the day it's my body and I'm never going to make the all blacks let alone a super side so I may as well do what I find a bit more fun.

Sounds like fun, it differs from college to college how important rugby is to them. For your school, its considered intercollegiate club sports, with it's own small league. Thought there are divisions that take them seriously.

Rugby is not considered a huge sport in the USA, so its not going to gain the following as it does per say basketball.

You are kind of technically correct if talking strictly about heritage (though Fijians aren't even really strictly Melanesian as they have traits of Polynesians mixed in).

The thing with culture is it is influenced by the people you interact with and spend time with and as a country on the boarder of the typical Polynesian and Melanesian areas there is a lot of intersection.

Polynesians ruled over the Fijian islands for a period of time and the precursors to Polynesians lived in Fiji for a period of time too. Fijians and Polynesians interacted a lot over their history as well.

If you are talking about the history of Polynesians you also talk about Fiji, if you talk about the history of Fiji you also talk about Polynesians. This links the culture of Fiji to Polynesians imo but I can see and understand the argument against it.
