It's been a long time since there was a really good English team. 2012 Chelsea was a meme (RIP TORRES) and won on penalties. 2008 ManUtd played classic Ferguson hoofball and won on penalties. 2005 Liverpool got destroyed by Milan but somehow got back and won on penalties.
