It's not the same as the Warriors or teams in the NBA where you can go over the cap and sign almost anyone you want if you're willing to pay luxury tax. Same for soccer, I know it's similar where it's basically about money. Plus it's just 5 main guys to a team in the apehoop.

The NFL is by far the hardest sport to dominate & maintain success, and the Patriots have mastered it beautifully.
