I know there is one that goes down to Kreisliga, you should be able to find it fairly easily, but it's not that great considering 2nd teams can be seeded into DFB. I don't know how you would edit that, but maybe someone else can help you with that. Alternatively you could just look for a basic tutorial online, which there are tons of. The basic editor is extremely user friendly for a editor. Its like babby's first modding tool. Advanced editor is a bit more complicated.

Ah yeah, fair warning: you're going to have GK kit clashes. Period. Generally GK kits clash with referee kits, so forget about black kits. Also, when FM doesn't have data for the GK kit, it defaults to 140 R, G and B: A mild grey. After setting three different enough GK kits for Triglav, one blue spruce (inversion of Triglav's burgundy colour), one black and one volt, FM still reverted to that god awful grey kit regardless because of kit clashes. Same with blue spruce, anthracite grey and white. Same with Koninklijke kits which where orange and black (inversion of blue and white), volt, and burgundy.

For FM, if the quality of your league cannot offer any relevant comparison (aka it's completely shit), the >game considers anything above 155CA with good repartition and performances world-class. Obviously a 155CA player in Ligue 1 (France) or Premier League would be called a Leading Player instead of World Class.

For real-life players, you'll generally find those called world-class IRL around and over 170CA.
