Thanks to the shitty timezone, I can't watch other teams' games, but some youth football enthusiasts in portuguese websites have been rating Uruguay, France and Venezuela.

Youth football is a somewhat important deal in Portugal ever since we won the '89 and '91 u20 world cups. We're always on the lookout for young gems.
I personally enjoy u19, u20 and u21 (more like u23 but whatever) tournaments.
