This is my extremely basic understanding. You bat until there is 10 outs. You need two batters on the field at all times (on both bases) so your inning is over when the second to last batter gets out. You can get out by flying out or the bowler (pitcher) hitting a wicket. This is the number after the slash (438/3). Singapore has 438 runs and 3 outs. So they are on pace for ~3x that score with 7 more outs.

Theres only two bases, a run is when you make it to first bases. The two batters basically switch bases until the outfield can get the ball back in play.

An over is 6 balls thrown, thats what the (# ov) shows. The overs I think dictate rotation of bowlers/batters. Not really sure what else that is for.
