We have a couple of friends, both veterinarians. Both great persons, smart, handsome and nice. The guy is 195cm and super athletic. They have 3 sons, all gifted. What sports did the parents chose for the kids? Rugby, judo and swimming. Despite the eldest being passionate about football (he brings a ball everywhere). I asked them "why doesn't he play football in club? he's so passionate". Their answer was plain disdain. The mother just hate it, she exudes HATE for the pleb sport, she's even above speaking of the pleb sport, they're better than that.
That is the state of our elites in regards to football.

Faut arrêter avec ce cliché des black athlétiques formés en france. Les clubs qui forment des tout droits sont ceux qui ont besoin de viande pas cher le plus vite possible pour jouer un jeu bien beusogneux pour survivre en l1 et l2 .

Pour les clubs ambitieux qui forment des vrais joueurs, c'est l'inverse : lyon ne sort presque que des nabots et monaco sort aussi des techniciens.
Après il y a toujours des joueurs qui passent au travers des recruteurs comme Griezmann mais ca n'est pas une généralité .
Le problème est juste la mentalité a court terme des coachs de l1 qui prefèrent avoir un joueur prêt tout de suite au lieu d'attendre des années qu'il s'adapte physiquement. Tant que les clubs formateurs ne seront pas protégés du pillage des clubs étrangers qui vont piquer des joueurs sorti du centre ca continuera.
