Players like Henry, Bergkamp, Pires, Vieira, etc. didn't need additional motivation from Wenger to go on and win things, just like Ronaldo, Ramos, Pepe, etc. don't need Zidane to motivate them. Zidane was also fortunate to inherit an incredibly strong bench filled with talented players who wanted to desperately prove themselves (either to earn a place in the starting XI or attract interest from other clubs).
