As about your second part, yes pretty much for all those reasons the game's in favor for fener. The great thing about olympiaco's is the teamwork and the friendship among the players, more than half of them play for the Greek national team, so the know well how to take care each other. On the other hand, fener's players are mercenaries, each of his own.
Their main strategy would be heavy defence on Spanoulis, then aiming for pick and roll. Olympiacos has many more answers to just one player.
