Usually they don't countersteer in time and the car spins. Then the car goes rear-end first into the wall at high speed or the car scrubs a bit of speed doing a full spin and goes front first.

Front first with basically no slow down is extremely rare. Last time anything close to this happened was Hinchcliffe and the speed didn't nearly kill him, the broken suspension did.
