They're playing at Wembley next season so you can already write them off winning the PL then. And the new stadium will cripple them financially, forcing them to become the new Arsenal of 2006-2013, where they can't buy any good players and they have to sell all their best players. They'd be lucky to keep Pochettino for longer than more two years as well, I don't see him settling down with one club like Wenger did with Arsenal.

I think Spurs will be spending basically the way that they already do (try to sell as much as you buy), the way they've done business these past few years you'd think the stadium was built in 2010 and they've been paying it off ever since.
