thats ludacris dude
The thing that bugs me the most about Curry is that he can legitimately only have a career in this soft, no-fouls version of the NBA. Pre-2010 he would just be too fragile, but now that hard fouls have been legislated out of the game he can thrive.

"Heh, nothing personal kid"

He's a finesse sniper, not a slashing banger. The softer rules have no effect on his gamw

Agreed but I feel that way with every all star in this league.

Appreciate the amazing shit he still does. He grew up being told he was too small to compete and didn't roll over found a way to make his game competitive. Isaiah Thomas looks like a midget and keeps doing his best to make shit happen. He's made it this far let's see how much further he can go.

1.Curry did play before 2010 and came 2nd in rookie of the year voting.
2. If Curry played in any era before zone defense he'd basically be Reggie Miller on steroids. Perimeter defense was atrocious, PnR defense was atrocious, and switching/help defense was literally against the rules.
Just because guys literally chimped out every commercial break back then doesn't mean they were better defenders than they are today. In fact, defending is far superior and far more complex than it used to be.

This.
A new style of play means a new defensive strategy.
