It's shit. I went to the semis of Euro with Slovenia (3rd place "winner"). Fitness was a terrible issue, even when rotating the entire squad. Nevermind that club managers' AI can't into rotation and when they do, there's a mutiny 99% of the time. You try to keep the tactics simple because AI can't into proper roles and shape. If you're lucky, most of your squad will be playing a similar shape at club, look for that and try to adapt.

Definitely didn't expect such an easy title win, especially at the first attempt. It was ten times more difficult to win the third tier (scraped 1st by 2 points) than this one.
The Copa Del Rey run was pretty hilarious too, all of the big teams eliminated each other on the opposite side of the draw while the only two La Liga teams I played en route to the final finished 16th and 19th respectively. Madrid mopped the floor with me in the final though, 5-1.
Have a little more money to spend now too, so hopefully I can turn up some gems and aim for mid table in La Liga next season.

First, my backup goalkeeper (worse than my starting GK who is the vice-captain) complains about not getting enough first team football despite being started every 3 or 4 games. Then I somehow fail that promise, and I have to do it over again.
But my third-choice, really shite keeper demands to be given first team matches and claims that he's better than my first-choice. Of course I refuse because the game is being ridiculous so now I have to sell him when no club wants to buy him because he's fucking shit.
And on top of that, again despite being given what I feel is perfectly adequate game time for a rotation-status player, my second-choice keeper throws a hissy fit saying I've repeatedly broken my promises and asks that I sell him.

you can track the progress of a "first team games" promise in the home-->promises screen, but what most of them amount to is basically starting the player in every game for a month or two straight
unless I think the player is good enough to be my #1 anyway, I usually go for something like
