If you had to run NASCAR on a roval this weekend the only tracks you could definitely do it at would probably be Daytona, Auto Club, Kansas, new Charlotte, Pocono (who are apparently running a Formula Vee race on the infield before their Indycar race), Indy, and Homestead.

That's a good number of track but not a lot of the 1.5 milers.
Almost all of those have some combination of the following problems:
>roval transtition cuts off pit road
>road course portion runs too close to garages, even with walls in place
>Road course is unsuitable width/length for NASCAR.

Atlanta needs the transition moved out of the pits, Vegas and Texas would new their infields portions widened considerably.
Chicagoland and Kentucky have no infield sections at all (thanks Brian).

There's also Michigan, which would need infield walls, and New Hampshire, which would probably need to repave their ancient road course.
