If you say racist abuse outside the area it's called a semi penalty where the other team gets a free shot from inside that half circle

It's the Slaughter Zone. The ref will ignore fouls committed inside of it.

Yes, each team starts in the smallest square on each side of the field. A runner then oils himself up, then runs and dives before he crosses the bigger square. The goal is to get as close to the dot in the middle as possible. The opposing team then has a player dive and either try to knock the other player out of the circle or get closer to the dot.
