I was thinking about how ARCA can still guarantee a fair and competitive environment for the teams with these aged cars and particularly how the "old" engines can still be rebuild. I guess chassis parts are not that much of an issue?

I found this article about a new engine option for 2015, did this mean the teams can also run engines not built by Ilmor? Is there a set of standardized engines a team can pick from?
