Chelsea will dominate this Premier League era. Already 5 titles in a little over a decade, great young players who are already building experience of winning titles, great financial situation, a new stadium which will boost those finances even further and is being paid for entirely by the owner, meaning the club will not be affected the way Arsenal were with the Emirates move, and finally an extremely high standard set by the board whereby constant trophies are favoured over giving managers time. That final point is the most crucial, it's why they have won more league titles, FA Cups and even the Champions League and Europa League while another big spending team, City, have achieved a lot less. Chelsea will make sure they win the league every 2 years at least, meaning while managers will often change, they will probably reach the number of titled Arsenal have within a decade or two.
