There aren't any afaik. The only official MLB rules concern the standard dimensions of the infield.

As I understand it, the only thing that keeps those things in check are MLB teams not wanting to ruin the game. You could make a 700 ft. outfield in all directions but you would lose money from the lack of natural home runs.
