What does /sp/ consider the greatest single sporting event in the world? For me it is world series game 7 but I'm curious which big event you all love more than any other

KEK
As a spectator, the CL final.
But for overall excitement id personally prefer game 7 of the NBA finals
World Cup Final for sure. CL final is great and more competitive but the World Cup only happens every four years and winning it is the ultimate goal of any players career. playing for your national team at the World Cup is a big enough dream. Winning it is something special

not bad
Rest of the world = world cup final
USA = Super Bowl
There you go
24 Hours of Le Mans.

The Master's
It's the only big tournament enjoyed equally by Americans and the rest of the world
Personally the Indianapolis 500 but >>75641845 and >>75641908 are close too
>>75641591
The obvious for audience size is World Cup. However for me the most entertaining is the NHL Stanley Cup Finals.
Why does the Brazil get such a big audience

It is most likely the numbers for 2012 Brazil which was the last race of the season and when the title was confirmed.
>>75642482
By continuing to care about football and not cricket.
Ryder Cup.
Stanley Cup Final game 7
>>75642676
this
The cricket T20 final was fun this year, getting to see England just collapse
Quidditch final
India vs Pakistan match gets higher viewership than the final.

I guess that was actually last year
Tour of Flanders for me Clive
>>75641591
>7-1
>>75641744
problem is that not always there is a game 7 and watching finals ending after 5 games or less is really meh
that is one fucking small tv
>>75644860
>tour of flanders
>not watching superior Paris-roubaix
shit taste
>>75646280
They are both fantastic races, but for me, its Liege-Bastogne-Liege
>>75646382
that's a different type of race. tour of flanders and Paris- roubaix are similar because it's cobblestone oriented. Paris roubaix is way harder tho.
1. Olympic Marathon
2. World Cup final
3. Superb Owl
4. CL final
5. Triple Crown races
>>75641591
The Masters
>>75645122
A proper heavyweight title fight like Joshua vs Klitschko is pretty special. The atmosphere in the pub where I watched it was far superior to any football match I've watched in a pub
>>75645056
right that's what makes game 7 special
>>75641591
WC Final
