Even tho the 10 spots were taken by 7 Buenos Aires teams, we got a total of 5 provinces then. Right now we are at 7 provinces and next season we are probably get our first "austal" team in Primera. Second division has like 15 or something so in the end it kinda worked, but people never accepted the 30 teams. It's seen as dark age, an unspoken transition period.
