it sucks that mlbtv is unusable now so it's harder to watch multiple games at once or switch quickly between games. But the streams from mlbstream are better anyway so it's not a huge loss. I would usually put one game on at mlbstream at high quality, usually the sox game if it's on, and use mlbtv to switch between other games
