Probably not (for me).
Mike Trout is simply a more consistent, reliable player. If Harper can maintain this level of play for 3 consecutive years he'll takeover as best player in baseball. Even then, if Trout lowered his strikeout rate a little more though then I would say it's a tough call, because he's lowered it the last two years (this year he's on pace for ~139 again.
Harper just has less bonafide consistency.
They're both elite. Both I just trust Trout more based on what I've seen.
