If you came to the game late then using BPM to start the SBC train is the quickest way to build up your roll.

The goal otherwise is to just do the sbc for less than the pack you get costs.

When I came in late, my pack luck was really good the first few weeks, and I have found that to be not an uncommon thing.

They're box to box midfielders with very high stamina. This game operates on the counter and more technical passers are almost useless for players like those. Plus with how passing works in this game, less technical box to box midfielders can make all the necessary passes. It's fucking stupid. It's why you never see guys play with Inesta.

Why is it that players (especially centre backs) stop sprinting after the first 2-3 steps if they don't have the ball?

I'm not talking towards the end of the game when they're out of stamina, this happens at any time. If your player is chasing an attacker, he'll only sprint for a short while and then go from sprinting to merely running. Releasing the sprint button and pressing it again makes the defender sprint for another 3 steps, and then he stops again etc

Seriously, what the fuck is this? Has EA ever actually watched football? In real life, slow CBs constantly outrun fast attackers, purely because running without the ball is easier and because CBs don't have to run as much (so they have more stamina). Why is it that a player can sprint until his stamina bar runs out on the ball, but off the ball he can only sprint for a short while, even if his stamina bar is still almost full?

This is the only thing that's ruining 3 atb this year for me, the formation needs you to cover a lot of space with 3 defenders and you just cant do it when your moron CBs constantly give up, especially since pulling a player's shirt is also much much less effective than before

you dont need a creative mid in that formation, he has a CAM and 2 strikers. just needs someone to control the midfield, win the ball, and either run up the pitch or pass it to the CAM. if youve got a formation with 3 forward players you have enough creativity , you need more than 1 DM to dominate the centre unless your playing vs a shit formation
