CB backup should be better than Mascherano and be able to provide competition to Pique/Umtiti. I'd go for Sokratis but I'm biased. Inigo Martinez should be a fine choice.

Good RB is the best your money can get. Azpilicueta would be my first choice but he won't be for sale. Aurier is great, Mario Gaspar is ok, Sidibe, Cancelo and Nelson Semedo are good but not ready to be starting for Barcelona imo.

Fabinho is a must buy. Very solid in midfield and can cover RB too. Should be the first player Barcelona move for.

Saul is better than everyone in Barcelona's midfield and can cover every position. Should be bought if not ridiculously expensive.

Coutinho is already rumoured, has a good connection to Neymar from the Brazil NT, can cover a forward position if necessary.

Keep Iniesta, Gomes, Suarez, Rafinha and Mascherano for rotation purposes unless they bring in money. Sell Rakitic, Turan, Vidal. No reason to go for Verratti that will cost like 100m.

Get a big guy to have an alternative to Suarez. I'd get Giroud desu. Sell Alcacer.

Sell Messi to anybody, one year left in contract, hasn't renewed and will free up tons of funds. Get the best player you can get that is willing to be Neymar's sub. Dybala, Mbappe, Aubameyang, anyone in the top level that won't be a bitch. Being able to play RW in case you want to switch to 4-3-3 is a plus.
