I disagree about them having a shitty squad. Conte seems to have found a perfect position/role for every player, the formation is obviously working out well against all odds, and I do agree that he's tremendously helped Chelsea, but I don't see a weak spot in that side.

Cahill is a joke. David Luiz is a joke. Azpie is not even centre-back but the irony is that despite it he's still they best defender.

Costa won some games single handedly but we all not he's not reliable. Willian and Batshuayi are dogshit. Pedro is mediocre at best.

Outside Azza and Courtois, Tottenham has a better player in every position. Even their bench players are better. Yesterday we saw the desert on the left back just because Alonso was missing. Alonso. Fucking Alonso. The definition of mediocre.

Well, Cahill IS getting old, I'll give you that; Luiz has been surprisingly great all season; Costa has had a great first half of the season; Willian HAS gotten a bit worse, since he got benched because he doesn't fit the system, but he was Chelsea's best player last season, and he's still a good player; Batshuayi isn't a starter; Pedro is decent. Azpilicueta, Luiz and Cahill is pretty good against 2 forwards. You have the fast player, passer and strong, aerially good guy: perfect for dealing with the big man, little man combination while leaving the middle player spare. The problem on Sunday was that Man Utd had two fast players in Lingard AND Rashford. You can't criticise Cahill and Luiz for being outpaced by Rashford: pace just isn't one of their strengths.

Chelsa is ok as long as they score the first goal. Their defensive rate is great, but you have to play with 5 defenders PLUS 2 defensive midfielders to get that. 7 players just to defende, and only 2 of them (Moses & Alonso) can attack, so you'll have to attack with 5 players, with is a joke.

You won't getting anything in Champions League by attacking with only 5 players. That's Chelsea's problem.

It's the best possible system right now but Chelsea are definitely gonna get midfield reinforcements, Conte wanted to go for Naingollan last summer so he definitely seems like he wants a creative mid who isn't fibreglass.
