Their crappy owner wanted a team in his hometown so he tried to blackmail the city of Seattle into building them a new arena that he knew they would not agree to. Then he moved the team to a smaller middle of nowhere makret in an even older arena and thus cant afford to keep all his players around cause he doesnt want to go over the tax.

After Russ leaves the team will forever be Bucks tier. Every once in a while they will have a little playoff run but outside of that they will never keep their stars long term and will forever be stuck in the 11-8 spot in the West.

The rest of the team don't know how to play basketball because they've been beta orbiting Westbrick all season
