What will be the most surprisingly good team in the next NFL season? The most surprisingly shitty?

I'm guessing the Saints go like 12-4 but still with a shitty defense, and the Seahawks will lose all but one away game and have something like a 5-11 record.

I could see the Cowboys shitting the bed this year. They have hard as fuck schedule (NFC 1st placers and AFC West) and their defense got gutted over the offseason.
