Jags fan here. On paper the whole team should be killer. Bortles could even have an incredible breakout season with a running game and offence line to rely on now. I've always thought the offence was on his shoulders and he was always having to make crazy plays because we were always playing from behind. This is the first time he'll have the same tools that the great quarterbacks have.
