All you need to win a case is a preponderance of the evidence.
In criminal court there has to be reasonable doubt.
Having a cop lie about saying nigger (even though he was fucking RECORDED SAYING that shit) and having that same cop plead the 5th when asked if he planted evidence as opposed to trying to slap the shit out of the defense attorney who asked him that and defend himself is more than enough reasonable doubt to find someone not guilty.
I think he did that shit. Thank the LAPD for letting him go.
