Ultras and Hooligans are not really the same thing like one might think. Yes some guys in some teams ultras section (and in other part of the stadium aswell) are indeed members of a firm. Hooliganism could be allowed though. Firms from different teams fighting it out in the woods or some industrial area is just fine. No fighting around or in the stadium or fights involving regular fans should be accepted.

I might not be a fan of violence, but I enjoy good atmosphere and creating a bond with other supporters of the same team.
MLS fans have done a decent job in creating that bond among fans, but most Americans are casual fucks who are on their phone majority of the time.
