I feel ya. Islanders had been bad in the playoffs ever since they last went to the finals. The closest was '93, and they came up short. Then it was all attempts but they always lost in the first round and dipietro was getting worse. Then Tavares came, years pass, and they make the playoffs because half season. We lose to Pittsburgh because we were clearly outranked, but when 2015 came, I felt there was a chance up until the 7th of April, where that fucking schenn goal just baffled me with 2.7 fucking seconds left

They should have won round 1 in 2015, but round 2 of last year is the same. Games 3 and 4 were in the islanders hands. Hell, we should have won them, but instead they lost.
