It is time, friends

The best one day bike race in the world is here, grueling cobbles, Tom Boonens farewell ride and as the MADMAN reminded us of last year, anything can happen.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b7grrMvscRk

there will be full coverage right from the start, so prepare for 7 hours of prime /comfy/ and a hectic start to the race

Only teams who can't afford rim brake bikes will run discs. Flats will happen and if you have discs getting a neutral wheel is practically impossible. At least Sagan and Boonen have special edition Specialized Roubaixes with rim brakes.

did your role change or what? From what I've understood raises are generally just some minimum percentage, and only real way to get better pay is to change to a new company.

Alsi for the help thing, it seemed that in all of my interviews they asked what I would do if I encounter something I dont know how to do. Correct answer seemed to be that if I cant google the right way to do it, I should be asking a team member for help next. And it seems that for entry level jobs not being a complete social retard counts about as much as technical competence, if not even more.

How do smaller breweries in euroland compare to small American breweries. There's a lot if them nowadays especially where I am and the meme more microbrewery is that half of their beers are just extremely hoppy
>>

>>
>>75126136
Here I'm talking about the newer microbreweries. We have a lot of old breweries that are still pretty small and make more traditional beer. None of them really shine in my book, although there are few specific beers from them that are pretty good.

>>
>>75126130
Oh? Only Europeans can brew beer now. It's such an awful world now that so many small breweries exist. Woe is us.

Yeah a lot are shitty and none of them have history but a lot are good and will last because of it, how awful can that be.
>>
>>75126114
Depends on brewer and area. Breweries in Belgium and Germany tend to be more traditional (both in their respective traditions).
Dutch craft brewing first took its inspiration from Belgium, so the older breweries (5-30 years old) have a core of blond, dubbel and tripel. But the recent boom (started 10-5 years ago, still growing) has seen a huge American influence, so lots of IPA's and stouts, as well as some experimentation.

That's not true at all. There are plenty of breweries that are small have no marketing budget to speak of.

The bar I visit brews their own beer on site. Their beer is only sold there and at one other restaurant which is across the street from them.

I think maybe too much of your "knowledge" of the US has been informed by a Cambodian fingerpainting imageboard.
