David Luiz is a good defender but when you selectively choose various moments in his career, as with everyone except world greats like Messi, then you will find evidence to support your bias. Listen, David Luiz is a top 10 defender in the world right now. To deny that is to admit you haven't watched him. Azpi is right up there next to him. Cahill is no slouch either.

Anyone who says that they're shit defenders obviously doesn't understand the Prem. Titles are won by defence, not letting in the goals. I'm not a Chelsea supporter but it's obvious that them + Spurs have the best defence in the league hence why they're at the top. Chelsea has Hazard, Costa, Pedro, and Willian. They're all quick on the counter attack and up until recently Diego Costa was unstoppable.

It's no wonder they're winning the league and doing it with ease.
