So, is it too early to start celebrating Coventry City's glorious victory in the highly prestigious Checkatrade Trophy?
...or should I, perhaps, wait until after kickoff?

I mean, all we need to do is score the same number of goals as we scored in the whole of March and we might get a draw.

See you on Wednesday, Covcucks!

Impressive numbers going to the final after the earlier boycotts but you know the """EFL""" will use it to spin the whole thing as a success.
all my mates are at wembley now for this
they never go to any games
I always supported the Sky Blues, I fell in love with them when I was a kid playing Dino Dini's Soccer andI loved them because of their shirt. I also loved their goalkeeper Steve Ogrizovic.
Then I started following them more closely, the good years with Dion Dublin, Darren Huckerby, Magnus Hedman are long gone unfortunately, but I still follow them and I would like to see them play someday, maybe when they will come back to the EPL where they belong.
I hope they win today
should we just use this as the match thread or what
I always supported the Blades, I fell in love with them when I was a kid playing Chris Kamara Street Soccer andI loved them because of their shirt. I also loved their goalkeeper Alan Kelly.
Then I started following them more closely, the good years with Brian Deane, Dane Whitehouse, Michael Brown are long gone unfortunately, but I still follow them and I would like to see them play someday, maybe when they will come back to the EPL where they belong.
I hope they relegate Coventry and win promotion on Wednesday
So, this is Cov's swan song then?
Ah, I remember the days when we lobbed chairs at each other. I also remember when you ridiculed us for getting relegated to League One.
Shame.

My first away match was Cov at Highfield Road.
There was a pitch invasion in the second half and Stevie Lynex looked genuinely worried for his safety.
Fucking hell, lovely goal.
Feeling pretty sad for Oxford United desu. 2 finals in a row
