I think they're the same, but different coaches use them differently. First off neither of them are natural finishers.
Secondly Simeone forced oui into the second striker role and it's been working, but even then he still spends most of his time in the middle of the pitch stringing together passes as a playmaker much like hazard.

Hazard however does it better and while listed as a "winger" actually goes into whatever space is available. Hazard passes better and is more technical, and way better dribbler than griezmann. He rarely goes for goal himself and I think that's his only problem.
