Foxboro is the midway point between Providence and Boston.

Everything in New England is packed together. Boston, Providence, Hartford, and Springfield are all within circle of 50 miles radius.

Literally all of your "franchises" are liable to leave your city at any time. HAHAHAHA
We actually have real teams that don't leave, because our sports are plastic commercial shitfests like yours
My team (pic) did become a plastic commercial enterprise for a while (well, nowhere near as plastic and commercial as any American sport "franchise"). A couple of guys with oil money owned it for a while and we got into Europe.
But the team never left where it was based and it never would. Because our sports aren't like that.
Sucks to be you.

>Be Boston in 1970
>have a football team
>don't give a shit about them so they're forced to move to Foxborough and build a cheap million dollar stadium in order to stay in the NFL.
>Be Boston in 1998
>Patriots are in a position to move
>not to Boston, but to Hartford or Providence
>opted to stay in Foxborough
it amazes me how little Boston gave a shit about the Patriots before they started winning championships which is funny when you consider football is the most popular thing over there now. Moment the Patriots suck they'll revert back to a baseball town.
