anyway, if you play as a center back just be a madman and clear the ball every chance you get, don't try to be technical or you'll just give away easy goals

there's only one thing you can improve - only slightly - in 5 days time and that's dribbling. Do some drills with cones, always using the outside of your foot to touch the ball; alternatively you can try dribbling your dog. Ronaldinho used to do that.

just start playing peladas 3 times a week or everyday if you're fit enough for it then and you'll improve massively.

I don't understand why you'd want to start practicing football at your age, though. If you just want some physical activity at this point I'd suggest some martial art or swimming, idk
