But it's predominately known as a women's sport like gymnastics.

The Women's Team is the real Team USA, while the men are second tier. Not cuz feminism, but because soccer is a woman's sport.

I just say "men's national" or "the national team" because I'm so used to saying US Men's National Team in my head.
