The players are brought through to the first team, having played the same tactics and methods that the first team uses. Thats why when even Bould used to coach that academy team they still used to ship tons of goals every game and get ass gaped constantly. So the academy players come through just as broken as the first team.

When we buy players they only look good at arsenal in their first couple of seasons at best, then they turn to shit as the crap coaching and training starts to take hold. This is a bit long, it's a bit of a ramble, and may have a few mistakes here and there but bear with me.

I missed my first Arsenal game in over 4 years on Saturday because I had to attend my Dads funeral. He had been an Arsenal fan his entire life and a season ticket holder for over 50 years, and was by my side at every game. He took me to see my first game, and bought me my first season ticket. He grew up in an Arsenal household, and made sure that I did as well. He was the one person I could depend on through life. He was there for me, through thick and thin. In short, he made me who I am.

His passing really put things into perspective for me, and since some of my favourite memories with him were watching Arsenal, I've been thinking a lot about the things being said around our club.

The toxicity, the anger, the frustration that surrounds us, the kind that almost seems to define our club these days, whilst understandable, isn't healthy. A lot of things are being said that are just downright cruel, which isn't right, and a lot of people seem to be taking this situation at almost a personal level. At the end of the day, it's football. It's entertainment. It's not life or death, even though at times it feels that way. If this is genuinely having a negative effect on you, take a break. Your wellbeing (physical and mental) is more important than Arsenal.

I don't want to dictate the way you live your lives, but I guess what I'm trying to say is, let's take it easy on each other, and ourselves. Because at the end of the day, we are all gooners, and we're all on the same side.

Sorry for the long post. Just needed to get this off my chest.

And that's where the problem lies. Look at his style. He punishes Sanchez by leaving him on the bench, because he said the team doesn't work hard enough.
He refused to punish poor players. Absolutely refuses to spend money on good players. Doesn't adapt his tactics to counter his opponent's. There's a lot he's not doing. The whole team doesn't need to change, they just need a manager that will do a better job

The number of season ticket holders who are want Wenger out is probably a very small percentage of the Emirates' full capacity. And the way that seating is allocated in the Emirates means that different types of fans are spread out evenly across the stadium. So even if all the WOBs didn't turn up for the first 10 minutes, it wouldn't be that noticeable because there wouldn't be a part of the stadium that is completely empty.

Also if you don't arrive very early and you have a bag with you, you'll probably end up missing the first 10 minutes of kick-off anyway.
