Of course that's what I do but I don't have the accuracy. Example, I'm controlling a CB, I don't want to control a CB so I flick right to control a CDM instead. It switched to my striker which is halfway across the field, I panic, press LB to switch to the player nearest the ball, it switches to a CB (which then stops dead in his tracks), my opponent has an opening and scores.

In divisions I can usually correct fast enough because switching is instant but in fut champs it takes so fucking long for the game to switch the player.

I've stopped getting mad at this game. As soon as I stop having fun I turn the game off and do something else.

The context of the clip is pretty funny actually. I was completely dominating the guy and up 2-0, he got a red card, the scripting kicked in and suddenly I was getting massive input lag and my players felt like bronzes, and he tied it up with a corner kick goal and that shit goal. I took the lead again in the 82nd minute and was completely bossing the game, and then when I went to pass the ball forward with my LM, it took 2 seconds for him to pass the ball and he fired it towards my net and out for a corner. He then scored off the corner in the 90th minute and beat me in pens. I had 62% possession and outshot him 22-3 but when this game wants you to lose there's not much you can do if you aren't ridiculously good.

Doing pretty well so far considering my team is worth about 50k. 9 games played with 5 wins and 4 very narrow losses. 2 of those games I would have won if I'd just time wasted in the last 5 mins rather than try and kill the game off. Out of 10 games so far my players have performed as they should in just 1 game. Every other game has been a struggle just to make 5 yard passes, players just standing still not making runs and my strikers and wingers with 90+ dribbling feel like they're running through custard. Depends on your playstyle. In 200 games with 2 strikers he got about 120 goals with 100 assists. The amount of times he robbed defenders of the ball with strength was insane. People mostly put pace chems on him but I got the most out of him with marksman, he does need the dribbling boost and the physical boost makes him a monster. 70 Stamina and M/M is the main downside.

My friend uses IF Willian in that exact position and formation and absolutely hates him. Maybe you could try something like pic related? The Alonso-Azpilicueta duo is amazing for 3atb and IF Badelj is really solid. Buffon is shit, I'd replace him with Perin. You could also upgrade Marcos Alonso to his IF if you've got the coins.

IF Torres in pic related has been my favourite by a mile.
NIF Higuain has really similar stats.


Might just go with TIF Icardi again. Previously i had him up top with Mertens and Cuadrado, but he was the only big guy, and he's not too good at hoding up play with 2* skills.
Perisic on the other hand can help him out a bit in that regard,and Willian can go at RF
