How to solve the McLaren situation

Buy a 2nd team and offload the engines onto them.
Run the 2nd team as solely a test team for Honda and any aero developments, otherwise no fucks given.
Get a supply of engines from Mercedes or Renault.
Construct an underground or otherwise completely secret test track near McLaren headquators so they can get go one better than Mercedes and Ferrari's mule car cheat.
Get lots of constructor points to keep the money flowing in.
When Honda finally sorts their shit out and the engine is competitive, switch back to them and dump whatever engine they have onto the 2nd team.
Dominate the WCC.

I watch F1 press conferences and don't like the way he treats the media, especially last year when the championship wasn't going his way. He acts like he is God's gift. It's a cunt attitude and makes me not like him as a person.
I do follow several drivers and teams on instagram/twitter but don't follow lewlew.

I came to my own conclusions about him. For example when asked if he would do more charity work like he did over the break he talked about how great it would be to have an opportunity like that again but he just doesn't have the time because he is just sooooo busy.

There's no fundamental difference. You run asymmetric wheel alignment and that's about it. You might need to modify engine oil circulation to prevent it from gathering in weird places. That would probably be the biggest challenge depending on how sensitive current systems are

What I don't like is using charity to make you look good, claiming to want to be able to do more, then not doing it even if you are able.

I have no doubt that on that one occasion Lewis did more for a charity than I could do in my life. I'm guessing that failed somehow (Lewlew pulled the plug) so there was a miss communication and the pit wall assumed it worked on their end.

The TV screens the drivers watch the race on change to a full screen notice saying the driver is coming in.

What happened though, was the pit wall changed their mind on tyre compound at the last second, and because they're in Monaco, the pitlane is cramped as fuck and that compound of tyres was stored right at the back of the garage behind a heap of other crap. So it took them longer to get them than it normally would, and the pit wall didn't account for that.
