I made a thread a few days ago asking what exactly games like Over/Under 2, 2.5 means, but I got conflicting answers. One person said that you receive half your stake back if exactly 2 goals are scored and another person said that you will receive half the winning sum. I would google it but I don't know how.
>>
Who's better, Bet365, or Pinnacle? I'm leaning towards Pinnacle based on all of the tales of B365 being assholes. Is Pinnacle's "we're not assholes" thing a mirage, or is there truth behind it?
>>
>>74663427
You are an asshole
>>
>>74660170
Half your stake goes to O2 and the other half on O2.5
Let's say you bet $30

If the game ends with only 2 goals scored then you multiply $15 x odds, and you lose the other $15

If the games ends with 3 goals scored then you multiply $30 x odds

If the game ends with less than 2 goals scored, you lose everything

Also learn to google faggot

No but almost

Hello,

I started with £50 last week and have since betted repeatedly on teams which are losing 3-0 with fewer than 2 shots on goal to lose without scoring. I now have £610, and my current bet is about to end with the scoreline at 0-5, meaning it'll rise to £625.
>>
>>74670678
Can i borrow £50 to get some shopping? I'm starving
>>
>>74670690
Okay here you go mate thanks:

~~~~~~~£50~~~~~~~~
>>
If anybody is here right now, I recommend this game which just started:
Binh Thuan U19 v SHB Da Nang FC U19
Bet big on a win for Da Nang (away team) with over 3 goals scored.
>>
>>74670697
Please post me the money
>>
>>74670708
Okay what's your address?
>>
>>74670707
If anybody DIDN'T do this then you are literally retarded.
The score is now 4-0 to Da Nang with a lot of time to spare.
You could have a made a lot of money here.
>>
Is there any reason not to be sure betting?
>>
>>74671388
I'm >>74670678
I started today with £610, now I have £723 simply by betting large on teams who are losing big in the last 10 minutes with under 3 shots on target.
The downsides are:
1. Relatively small gains
2. If you bet a lot of money to increase these gains a freak goal in the 92nd minute can leave you bankrupt
I am an extra safe better.
>>
>>74671448
I was mostly referring to the following.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arbitrage_betting
>>
>>74671457
The reasons not to are in the article you linked.
It's not practical.
Matched betting can be used to build up a decent starting roll. Otherwise learn to trade or the age-old method of finding value.
Arbitrage isn't a goer.
>>
>>74671320
I thought Cheltenham would have it's own thread. Disappointing.
Surprising how unpopular horse racing is these days.
A lot of cheltenham has cut up very badly for me, I've jumped on the hype train with Melon, I'll be taking Apples Jade and PFNs in the 4 miler. Dickie Johnsons ride in the Ultima looks an interesting EW proposition too.
>>
>>74671856
I don't even follow the horses but always watch Cheltenham.
It's like the Superbowl or Wimbledon, you watch it even though you don't follow the sport. Thought there would be a load of /sp/ bandwagoners too.
Sorry for the late reply.
I am betting live on matches which are in the final 10 minutes with the losing team 2 or more goals down with fewer than 2 shots on target. I then bet big and grow gradually.
I started with £50 last Thursday, an now that the the Ireland Under 17s VS Faroe Island Under 17s has just finished I'll have £1,000.
>>
>>74690255
>>74690255
I should clarify, I bet on the losing team not scoring.
I've gone from £50 to £988.28 since last Thursday.
>>
>>74690303
aye I was just going to ask is it really worth is sticking £50 on a winning team actually winning and being up like 2p after
>>
>>74690294
At first I lumped everything. But it's not on the winning team, it's on the losing team no to score.
Then when I'd made over £100 I lumped everything except the initial £50.
Now I keep setting minimum prices beyond which I won't bet. So right now I'm willing to bet £188.28, going no lower than £700.
A reminder that these threads were created and run by shills from the very start
All the succesful /bet/ "anons" are shills
If you're a legit pro better (these people probably don't exist) then you're wasting your skills betting while you could've just got a job as an analyst instead.
Many of the posters in this thread are oblivious to board culture as a whole too, you can notice the strange facebook/reddit speak sometimes.
Also shills will respond to this post because truth hurts, they won't be able to come up with anything logical so it doesn't matter though.
If you would like to test it, there are sevral Portugese games on right now with the losing team having no shots at goal so far. By the 80th minute I will have bet on these teams no to score.
Do you take pride in your lack of intelligence and social grace?
You are wasting your existence by being so wilfully stupid, in my opinion.
You never see financial statements by "professional punters". Really makes you think.
If I bet 'no' in a "win to nil" bet does this mean I am betting that the team won't win and the other team will score at least once?
>>
guys, is a future bet, like a team to win the 2018 superbowl a perimutuel or non perimutuel bet?
Betting culture is dead on this board. What the fuck happened, it's Cheltenham week for christ sake
Lads, thinking of having 3 e/w's on first 3 races tomo then a Yankee on the other 4 including the Cup. Whats your tips?
Got to be Ruby for the cup now surely? Hearing a few good things about Vosnee Romanee in the 2:10, good e/w I reckon
>>
Hey guys, having trouble on finding out if this is doable.
Is there any reliable way get a horses sectional times based on the sectional times of the winner? For example say the winner has a sectional time of 20 24 26 and you have the lengths behind the winner each horse is and their finish time.
It sounds like a stretch and I'm not sure if there's a way to correctly do it but that'd be awesome if anyone had any advice.
It's illegal to start an online casino/sportsbook in the US. However, as far as I'm aware there's no regulation on using websites based in other countries.
Wrong, Pinnacle tells you to fuck off if you're from the US.
Who does everyone fancy in the first at Cheltenham lids? I'm tempted to go for Landofhopeandglory but I'm not sure whether Ruby Walsh can carry over today's form to Bapaume.
Ruby was just on ITV4 and he said the English horses look better than the Irish raiders. I'm going for the fav, Defi Du Seuil
rate my system sharpies
back in the day my dad and i would go to the local track a couple times a year (it was far away) and we'd bet on the best horse to show for every race. usually 8 to 12 races.
we'd always clear enough for drinks and sandwiches and we had a good time together and i miss him terribly.
is it possible to bet on the ponies without insider info?
>tfw bet big on teams losing more than 2-0 in last 10 minutes with fewer than 2 overall shots on target
>going extremely well
>made £1,239 in a week
>got cocky after winning big in Ajax vs. Kobenhavn
>keep winning
>now have £950
Don't do what I'm doing if you want to remain sane. If I lose it all again I'm avoiding this shit.
