I know that there are box seats in soccer stadiums. What i was asking was whether it was a closed & roofed VIP box (like NFL stadiums have) or open-air but separate from regular seating.

I ask because im trying to figure out how he could have shouted to crowd if he was inside a closed VIP box.

in most stadiums those are fairly close to the pleb and definitely within shouting range
