Yes, great player. You can tell he was one of the only Spanish players to abstain from doping during the 2010 WC. Class guy, seems sophisticated off the pitch as well

It's hard to tell. Most people think midfielders automatically make good manager because of the skills required for their position. But it seems to be more players who were more hard workers than naturally gifted (Conte for example describes himself as not a very skilled player) whereas someone like Zidane I think is one of the most overrated managers who had the easiest path to a Champions League in the past decade.
