Kane doesn't add anything to a game other than goals. For me, he is on the same level as Lukaku. Lukaku May score less, but has a significantly worse team feeding him.

Meanwhile Costa is probably having the season of his career. He has been more than a goal scorer but he is also the sort of goal scorer who will make a goal out of nothing. How many times has he broken a deadlock this season with no right to score?

If you're talking best overall, so most consistent, we're putting Aguero, Ibrahimovic and Alexis sadly ahead of him at least. For me personally, I think the likes of Llorente and Vardy would also outshine Kane in goals per minute given the right opportunities. Gabbiadini also looks more valuable as an out and out goal scorer.
