"and Brady tells the world they're going for two"
What a great game. To this day I'll be at work, studying, in class, etc. and remember it and get chills.

That's what I told your mum after round 1
I fucking hate when players or coaches hold up 2 or 1 when it's an obvious "go for 2" or "go for 1" situation
>>74438405
its like calling your shots in baseball
"we're doing this try and stop us"
>>74438405
I know, communication to the whole team is so stupid.
>>74438438
>>74438446
But the idea is that it's a situation where only going for a 2 or 1 makes sense
Like in the Owl, the Pats score and are down 2 with like a minute left in the game. Of COURSE they're going for 2 in that situation. They might as well tell their team "were playing football"
>>74438573
Yes... that's something you still need to let everyone know though.
>>74438573
the quote op is referring too happened with just under 6 minutes to play and they were still down 10
also since the XP was moved back its no secret that you're going for 2 now
>>74438319
it was at that point i knew it was a game again
>>74438573
One's mental state that late in the game is usually pretty strained. It seems obvious to an observer but you have to consider how exhausted a lot of these guys are and how a lot of them probably stopped looking at the scoreboard a while back.

Would anyone actually care if McDaniels left to try coaching somewhere else? Who would be his replacement?
>inb4 Shanahan

>Ayo Tom how many times you lose to the Giants in the Super Bowl?
>>74445187
LOL BTFO
>>74445187
Ayo Tom, what's the Roman numeral for the number of Super Bowls you've won?
>>74445187
Ayo Tom how many asterisks you got?
>>74445187
nice
>>74445187
Zero.
He left the field with the lead each time. His defense coughed it up.
>>74445187
Man I wish my team didn't ever go to the super bowl too so I could lel with you guise
