In 1988, Prost and Senna got all poles except for one and won all the races except for Monza, in which Prost had an engine problem while running second to Senna, and Senna crashed in the last lap while leading.

In the whole 1992 season, Mansell got the pole in all races except for two. The pole was made by his team mate, Patrese, in one of those races. After 10 races, Mansell had won all of them except for Monaco, because of Senna's meme driving, and Canada in which he DNFd after a mistake. Williams won 10 races that season, of which 6 were 1-2.

In 1993, Prost and Hill got all poles except for the last one in Adelaide. Prost had already won the championship three races before.

In 1998, out of 13 races, Hakkinen and Coulthard had only failed to get the pole in Austria, in which Fisichella got it thanks to an unexpected dry track after an almost completely wet qualy.

Schumi finished all races in 2002 and that was quite an achievement at the time. Add to that the fact that he finished each of those races in the podium, and only one of them was in third place.

In 2004, with 13 races gone, Schumi had won 12, of which 7 had been 1-2 with Rubens. Schumi only didn't win Monaco because he crashed with Montoya.

In 2011, Vettel and Webber got all poles except for one.

The only difference is that Mercedes has been regular for 3 years, contrary to Williams or McLaren for example. Also, even though Vettel or Schumi didn't win all races, you just new they would win the WDC in the end, and if you didn't you were a delusional idiot.

Mercedes' livery used to be awful, especially in 2010, and it was only in 2015 that it started to get better

it would be nice if they toned down the soft shadow effect on the engine cover since that just looks shit, but I like the way they've done the petronas colours this year

Mercedes has their hands tied since they have to be the silver arrows, and it's nicely executed with the Petronas teal, I'd just like a little more of it. The wider front wheels and wider sidepods disturb the air more. By running longer bodywork it gives them more chance to get the air under control and working how they want before it reaches the diffuser.

I'm sure someone who's an expert on measurements could tell me if the news cars are definitely longer. It may just be an illusion cause of the small rear wing end plates and extended nose but looking at this the new car does look way way way too long, even when accounting for the increase in width.

Because they're afraid the car is too long, there's no official submission date or anything for f1. The car just has to be within regulation during the grand prix, obviously Merc must think there is a possibility that a car with a shorter wheel base might be quicker than the car they have made.

The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and some what hungover and not hear her, but eventually Ricciardo turned back around and brought them to the counter.

When she took one of the Shoes and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any DRS divveys,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each comparison and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly. He also took a can of RedBull out of the little fridge next to the counter and opened but didn't take a sip and just left it there.
